I have smoked pipes for over 40 years and used lots of tobacconists and pipe makers. I've never known service and quality like this. Ordered a lovely poker pipe,.to my astonishment it arrived the next day, absolute top quality. Over the moon with that, I then sent a Peterson extra large billiard which I couldn't get a stem for. It came back with a beautiful new stem and all buffed and polished, all within a matter of days. This is now my go to tobacconist for all my pipe smoking needs.
